Assist and work with RTM to prepare training need for Upazilla and Region, prepare action plan and curriculum development based on identified needs, organize and conduct fish culture training courses for the target people, implement the fish culture program, apply new fish culture technology, supervision and follow-up to training, Preparation of training modules and materials, training to the fish farmers. Prepare individual plan for pond owner/farmers. Identified fish input and suppliers and regular communicate with them.
To implement the adult education program, preparation of training modules & materials, regular visit and follow-up the adult education center, training to the center supervisor and teachers, budget preparation & financial management, monitoring and evaluation, arrange quarterly meeting, reporting and administrative responsibility.
Interpret nutrition assessment data, provide nutrition counseling and promote good nutrition habits in children and families. Participate in the activities of the Nutrition working group and contribute to strengthening the group. Data collection, analysis, research and preparation of papers, preparation of training modules & materials, correspondence and liaison with local fisheries related institutions, planning and budgeting, training, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, co-ordination, administrativeresponsibility.
Providing technical support to implement the fish cultivation, planning, budgeting & training.
