1. Worked as quality control & quality assurance in order to improve quality.
2. Preparing daily quality report, monthly KPI reports, quality certificates on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 documentation and monthly
activity reports by graphically.
3. Keep all Instruments/Equipment and list of chemicals in operational I.e. Equipment maintenance and submit critical spare parts requisition considering the lead-time.
4. Training under the QC&QA peoples are chemical and physical (BDSEN, ASTM, BIS Methods) analysis of Cement & Raw materials.

Monitor Chemical analysis of product as per Scheme of Testing and Inspection (STI) of BSTI & BIS. & monitoring BUET test results of cement and raw materials. 7. Helping the sales department by technical support about quality and communication meet the engineering program as like all govt. Civil construction development PWD, RDH, LGED etc department. 8. Maintain Safety laws & regulations on effective supervision to ensure proper consumption of all laboratories chemical, equipment, machinery apparatus and working environments etc.
9. To specify the percentage of additives to be mixed keeping the quality of cement as per BDS EN, ASTM, BIS & company standard.
10. Graphical presentation of comparison of our cement quality with other brands quality and Apply of statistical techniques in cement manufacture and quality Control. 11. Customer survey shall be conducted on regular basis to monitor the customer satisfaction or/dissatisfactions. These survey results shall be presented as input in the management review meeting.
12. Participation and coordination with factory top management regarding policy matters.

► Designing the Quality Plan at all stages of Production. Production planning and execution at various stages of operation from Raw material pretending, Hopper filling, Raw mill preparation and Cement Production.
► Implementing the Quality Plan. Achieving production targets as per production plan.
► Maintaining the Quality parameters at all stages of Production. Complying with the specifications given by Quality Assurance department.
► Providing adequate techniques and proper methods for effective implementation of Quality system. Interfacing with other departments for modifications and improvements.
► Ensuring that the products comply with the relevant standard specification as per Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution. Ensuring the process parameters are maintained within permissible limits.
► Interfacing with various departments for the activities connected with Quality assurance.
► Maintaining all the Quality Records, Raw Materials Stocks and Quality system documents for production activities.
► I will be in charge of Calibration of all the Testing equipments in the QUAS Department and Maintaining records pertaining to BDS:EN 197-1:2003. He will be responsible for the co-ordination of Various activities with in the department and Head of Technical or Plant in-charge in maintaining Quality parameters. He will be ensure that the Quality Plan.
► My responsible for the analysis of raw materials, semi finished and finished product.
► I supervises routine sampling preparation of samples, Chemical analysis, Physical tests and Other test.
► I will be the in charge of all the testing as per BDS: EN standard testing procedures and Maintaining all the records as per the requirement of BDS: EN and preparing all the necessary Test Certificates.
► Discharge any other responsibility handed down by management from time to time.
► Pollution monitoring activities, Quality KPI Making.
► Reporting to Head of Plant in day-to-day activities.

Check the requirement of chemical and physical test on about BDS EN
197-1:2003, ASTM, & BIS standard requirement.
Prepare list of chemicals and spare parts required for procurement.
Graphically prepare daily quality report, quality certificates and monthly
activity reports and also compare with other manufacturers.
Check bag quality ( Paper & Poly) and prepare report.
Monitor the BUET test results of cement and raw materials.
Help the sales department through technical support about quality.
Store the raw materials and final product.
Maintain Safety laws & regulations and ensure proper consumption of
all laboratory chemical, equipment, machinery apparatus etc. through
effective supervision Specify the percentage of additives, to be mixed for
maintaining the quality of cement as per company standard.
Graphically prepare the comparison of Emirates cement quality, with
other brands.
Visit customers site against their complaints and suggest remedies if
any.
Conduct Customer survey on regular basis to monitor the customer
