Responsibility
Reviewing and Making comments for Shop Drawing, Method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report to Construction Manager.
Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP.
Inspection status is recording in the ITR and any relevant check sheet as per the approved QCP.
Verify with Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) that all relevant test results related to specific ITR meets the project requirements.
In the event if notices that the relevant Shop Drawing, materials used, MS, QCP and ITP do not cover all specification requirements, should report the same in writing to the Construction Manager and the Senior Discipline Engineer. Copy of such report shall be forwarded to COMPANY project manager.
Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report to Senior Structural Engineer/ Construction Manager.
Make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request (MAR).
Make sure that the CONTRACTOR’s personnel are using the latest edition of the approved shop drawings, MS, QCP and ITP as per the project master index
Closely monitor concrete pours and check continuously concrete materials delivered to site, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, and ensure all concrete tests are carried out as per contract requirements.
Make sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non Conformance Report (NCR), reviewed by his line supervisor. (Construction supervisor / Construction Manager as applicable).

Duration: As a Project Mechanical Engineer from 10th October 2011 to 30th January 2012.
16. Checking the Project specification and Making Material submittal, Method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) as per the project specifications.
17. Making the Material schedule to make order and control the delivery time to follow the project time.
18. Making a labour schedule to control the project time and daily production of labour.
19. Control the quality of work as per the standard.
20. Making Two head look a program and the completion schedule along the plan schedule.
21. Controlling the QC work to get installation approval and submit the invoice.
Project: Capital plaza Project in Abu Dhabi
Duration: As a Testing and commissioning In charge: From 20th January 2011 to 9th October 2011.
22. Coordinate with T&C team to make Method statement and time schedule to do the proper T & C of all major equipments, air and water balancing.
Project: Central Market Re development Project in Abu Dhabi
Duration: As a Mechanical Engineer: From 12th Nov 2007 to January 2011.
Responsibility:
: Checking the shop drawings of all Mechanical systems from Draftsman. And make the coordination with other services.
: Take the consultant approval replying there all comments.
: ESP calculation for the Pump Head and selection the Pump.
and duct for the FAHU, AHU, SEF and SPF fan selection.
: Checking the Material Submittal
: Preparation of method statement .
: Checking the shop drawings.
: Call a meeting with consultant to solve the Design related Inquiry.
: Do the Testing & Commissioning of major Mechanical equipments.

I was appointed as a HVAC Design Engineer. The scope of my responsibilities covered Design, installation, commissioning and balancing of Central Air-Conditioning system.
Reviewing the tender documents and prepare the relative technical and commercial documents to bit the tender.
Making foreign order for chiller and FCU from Singapore and Japan.
Checking the site work for Ducting, piping and installation of all HVAC equipments.
Reporting to the Managing Director regarding the Local Projects and the Foreign Delivery status.
