As a senior member of Network Operation team, analyze the requirements, networking architecture design with components of OpenStack Swift, Apache Cassandra, MySQL Cluster and write require scripts to establish the Ring ID\[ www.ringid.com \] data center with full monitoring subsystem where Nagios core, Zabbix, snmp, nrpe, Cacti, rsyslog has been used.
Write scripts to automate the provisioning and configuration management, I used Ansible, Cobbler \[PXE, Kick start \] as configuration management tools and Shell, Python, Perl as scripting languages.
Shell and python are mainly used to work with OpenStack Swift, Apache Cassandra, MySQL Cluster to implement and manage.
Being a System Administrator, I lead all IT support personnel to do their task smoothly and hassle free. Design a full automated backup system for the development servers into two different regions for data safety.
I build a virtual infrastructure with KVM to provide VPC to the developers to develop and test as real as an production environment. So developers can lead them towards their desire goal easy and free way.
After I join this company, I engaged two more ISP with us to get uninterrupted Internet service and redesigning the whole network system. As a result, we get more reliable and stable network. Establish IPsec VPN connection with our client in Switzerland, UK.
Also these, I worked with AWS, Bandwidth Management with MikroTik, email server, implement SVN & SVN track and NFS file sharing to make developers life easy.
As a System Administrator, analyze the existing network infrastructure, identify backdoor and vulnerabilities, I consult with Head of IT, took steps to redesign the network connectivity among the sales centers that are on several region in the country from head office. Establish data connectivity with sales depot through secure channel \[IPsec\]. So instructions and data from head office pass more secure way to sales depot. As a result established a strong chain of sale processes more than it was earlier.
Review existing SLA to get more reliable quick service from vendors.
Build a centralized MIS system for the sales and marketing management information department. email server ( MTA ) and File server to exchange files and resource in the company locally. So outcome is, distribution department get information easily like just in hand manner.
Brings all users under a central monitoring system to vigilance and accessibility and controlling their internet bandwidth usages.
Build a new network infrastructure as a newly launched premises of Dc Tieto Oy, Helsinki Finland in Bangladesh. Establish secure connectivity \[ IPsec \] among into the regional office in Bangladesh, Finland, Estonia, Austria and UK.
I also managed a data center with size of 200+ both physical and virtual servers already established in Finland, by negotiation with superior, work partners inside country as well as overseas, planned for new extensions, service deployment according to the growing needs.
Make a data center in Dhaka, Bangladesh for the software development and testing environment. Take measures offline backup system and recovery plans. Establish Subversion (SVN) for version control and virtual cloud environment with MS Hyper-visor and VmWare to provide flexibility and freedom of develop & test to developers.

I worked at British American Tobacco Bangladesh (BATB) as a Network Officer and face and resolve all networking related issues such as configure AP, wireless Router, Maintenance and troubleshoot
CISCO devices (Switch/Router) and support over email/phone to site office of BATB.
