Responsibilities
overseeing all commercial and contract services, your role involves managing, coordinating and optimizing the financial performance of Imdaad Facilities Management’s operations, with a focus on generating revenue, managing costs, and maximizing profitability. Your responsibilities include, but is not limited to the below:
• Contract Management: Procurement, negotiating and managing contracts with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure operationally suitable and profitable terms and conditions for the company. Drafting and tendering RFP’s / RFQ’s for supply chain services. Selecting and managing third-party vendors / supply chain contractors and service providers. Management of procurement of spare parts and consumables.
• Pricing and Cost Analysis: Analyzing market trends, pricing strategies, and cost structures to determine optimal pricing for products or services and to identify areas for cost efficiencies.
• Financial Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing financial data, such as performance figures, expenses, and profitability, to evaluate the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assessing commercial risks associated with contracts, partnerships, or market conditions and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure mutually beneficial business relationships.
• Team Leadership: Managing and leading a team of commercial professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to achieve business objectives.
• Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards / best practices, and overseeing legal aspects related to contracts, agreements, and commercial activities.

Supervise the activities of all employees and contractors and ensure their adherence to the Al qamra facilities management policies and procedures.
Coordinating the activities, financial, vendors and manpower required for current and future needs of assets and operations.
Provides Specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program, Quality training, Statistical methods, audits, quality tools for problem solving and assessment.

Promoting operational excellence and emphasizing an environment that fosters teamwork and commitment to quality SOP’s across the departments in line with accreditation and DCGI & FDA (US) protocols
Managing the deployment of DCGI & FDA (US) and NABL protocol with SAPs across departments in line with accreditation in addition to alignment with Legal and Statutory compliances.
