• Contract Management: Procurement, negotiating and managing contracts with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure operationally suitable and profitable terms and conditions for the company. Drafting and tendering RFP’s / RFQ’s for supply chain services. Selecting and managing third-party vendors / supply chain contractors and service providers. Management of procurement of spare parts and consumables.
• Pricing and Cost Analysis: Analyzing market trends, pricing strategies, and cost structures to determine optimal pricing for products or services and to identify areas for cost efficiencies.
• Financial Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing financial data, such as performance figures, expenses, and profitability, to evaluate the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assessing commercial risks associated with contracts, partnerships, or market conditions and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.
