Experience on installation and commissioning of BMS systems of Kieback and peter, Johnson controls,
Hands on experience on installation and mantainence of CCTV cameras.
Hands on experience on installation and mantainence of public address systems.
Experience in installation and commissioning of siemens hipath 4000 telephone central system.
Good knowledge of installation and commissioning, programming of Siemens PLC systems S7300, S7200 and Allen Bradley system SLC 500 etc.
Hands on experience in installation, testing, commissioning of Electrical Systems Control Panels, Motors.
Review of engineering, General Arrangement Drawings, Block Diagrams, Layout Drawings, Power Calculations, Cable sizing calculations, Specifications and Bill of Materials.
Perform site survey of existing system conditions for interface between a new system design and the existing Electrical & Instrumentation systems.
Review of project Deliverables: Cable Block Diagrams, I/O Lists, Need lists
Startup, Operation & Shutdown Philosophy, Instrument Index, P&IDs
Hands on experience in PLC and industrial network system commissioning.
Configuration of PLC and VFD configuration. (Allen Bradley, Siemens, DANFOSS……)
Hands on experience on calibration test equipment of process instruments at laboratory.
IN DESIGN: good knowledge of design using AUTOCAD.
Performing Authority for all E&I related scope, initiating permits and ensuring permit to work system is in place for all scope of work.
Coordination and collaboration with client’s site representatives as necessary.
Witness of E&I Testing, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities and signoff check sheets and documentation.
Assist other technical staff with technical problems, project management issues

As built drawing such as P & ID, logic drawings, Electrical AUTOCAD drawings and interconnection drawings.
Spares balance investigation and inventory control for all instruments spare parts.
Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and Factory Acceptance Tests(FAT)
Site supervision of subcontractors and ensures their performance is monitored.
Completion of project commissioning and handover.
Providing technical and engineering support for the construction and commissioning of projects.
Installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical systems: transformers, motors, MCC, motor operated valves, lighting, foundation heating with PLC control, earthing and lightning protection.
Experienced in installation, hookup, loop checks and commissioning of all plant Instruments
Panel Operation experience for industrial application control panels during plant commissioning and start-up.
Knowledge of schematic & single line P&ID’s and other engineering drawings
