Accounts related responsibilities : \n Monthly salary statement preparation, \n Day to day Cash register update, receiving and disbursement, \n Monthly factory cash budget preparation and variance analysis, , \n Preparation of account wise Bank reconciliation on monthly basis, \n Valuation of inventories (Finished goods & W.I.P in different stage of production (Yarn, Weaving, Dyeing & Processing, packaging and Garments), \n Cross checking and reconciliation of different store ledger on monthly basis, \n LC balance monitoring. \n Maintain an effective relationship with the liaison office as well as the clients regarding the receivable and payable issue. \n Sound in operation of Tally accounting software. \n \nCosting related responsibilities : \n Buyer and design / style wise post costing & profitability analysis as well as the variance analysis between the standard cost and actual cost, \n Product Pricing and standard cost calculation, \n Order wise material budget preparation and variance analysis, \n Process wise production budget preparation and variance analysis, \n Capacity based production monitoring on daily basis. \n Reporting on Process & Machine wise Dyes & chemicals consumption as well as controlling. \n Co-ordination and monitoring on the achievement of sales budget and production budget on weekly basis.
I have got 3 frist class in my hole education life except in the Honours ( 2nd class ). But in Master's I got place in merit list 1st class (9th).
