• Demonstrated technical leadership in design, development and implementation of literacy program in Room to Read Bangladesh and Srilanka (both Sinhala and Tamil Language).
• Oriented to Bangladesh and Srilanka country team on new teaching approach and supported to develop new pupil book and teacher Guide for grade-1 and grade-2. Currently this materials are being used by 425 Govt. primary school in Bangladesh and 292 Govt. primary school in Srilanka.
• Supported to develop early grade reading assessment tool for Room to Read country program of Bangladesh. Rom to Read Bangladesh country office team using this tool in 425 Govt primary schools to assess the learning outcome of the students.
• Developed two professional training module on sustainability of the program. This two modules has included in Room to Read global PD package and currently using in nine countries.
• Reviewed curriculum development manual of Room to Read and incorporated specific activities on development of contents. Currently Room to Read supported nine countries are using this manual to develop their early grade reading instruction program.
• Facilitated a number of capacity building sessions for 92 program staffs of Room to Read Bangladesh. Currently they are supporting 425 Government primary schools in Bangladesh to adopt and implement new literacy approach of Room to Read.
• Participated a number of result sharing meeting with Directorate of Primary Education (DPE), National Curriculum and Text Book Board (NCTB) and Donors’ representatives and convinced them about the Room to Read approach.
• Represented Room to Read in Global Book Alliance of USAID and recommended a number of actions on effective use of books with other group members.
• Participated in global meeting regularly with other departments of Room to Read and shared the program updates, constraints and successes.

• Guided the technical team of 3 partner organizations’ (RDRS, JCF and CODEC) to implement of non-formal basic primary and early primary education program (SHIKHON) in Bangladesh and achieved expected result.
• Coordinated between IER of Dhaka University and Save the Children to conduct education situation Analysis of Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) districts and provided professional support in data collection and analysis.
• Participated regularly in INGO emergency subcommittee meeting headed by IOM and supported to develop strategic paper on capacity building activities for national NGOs.
• Supervised of two managers and two program officers and delegated the specific activities for better outcome of the program.

• Collaborated with a pool of consultant to develop teacher guide and workbook. Total 28 teacher guide for NFPE, 2 text book for MTBMLE and 9 workbooks for Early Primary components developed within assigned time frame.
• Supported to develop quality related part of project proposal for EU funded SHARE program. Save the Children submitted the proposal and won the bid as SHIKHON 2nd phase.
• Performed as central procurement committee member of Save the Children International in
Bangladesh and supported the procurement team to enlist of vendor, analysis the tender documents and bidding process.
