Responsible to identify, analyse and develop effective and adaptable construction operations business processes. As part of process automation, implement processes as system functionalities to achieve increased productivity, optimum resource utilization and other priority business goals (reduction of cost, cycle time, wastage and rework.)
Key Contributions:
•Rooted the process development culture in construction operations stakeholders and was responsible from process development to implementation of 160+ business processes as efficient IT Business Solutions.
