▪ Lead and support the mechanical development team on the various line accessory projects: connectors, suspension accessories and anchoring accessories.
▪ Innovate a new version of connectors to accommodate a new section of electrical line: design on SolidWorks 2018, prototyping, costing, pre-series, mass production.
▪ Optimization of the PSA148 electric suspension clamp in terms of dimensions: study of customer specifications and requirements of the IEC61284 standard, finite element simulation on Abaqus, re-design, manufacturing (mold, gravity casting).
▪ Design new products such as inspection tools to improve the reception inspection process in compliance with IEC61284, IEC60372 and IEC60120 standards.
▪ Contribute in type and acceptance tests: traction test, torque, dielectric, climatic aging in order to interpret the behavior of the product and its aptitude for optimization or development.
▪ Design test cases and mounting panels for plastic electronic products dedicated to IoT applications using Catia V5.
▪ Develop new assembly configurations that accelerate the production process at the customer and minimize the cost of industrialization.
▪ Realization of “Smart watermeter” project study for the client Grohe: design, finite element simulation on Ansys and prototyping.
▪ Realization of the own itemis project: “Detect” smart water leak detector and successfully bringing the project to the industrialization phase.
▪ Realize the design and the feasibility of assembly by prototyping by 3D printing and CNC machining.
▪ Design functional fixtures for the test and certification laboratory to insure different mechanical tests (lifecycle,
endurance and actuation…) of automotive products (switches and buttons in dashboard) for international customers (VW, Daimler, Scania…) using Unigraphics
▪ Develop the mechanical design of power tools and appliance switches to improve the product lifetime and to adapt it to specific customer requirements (actuation force, material, colour…).
▪ Participate in succeeding the industrialization project of screwdriver switch for “C. & E. Fein GmbH”: improve the design of contact spring fixation which reduce the fail in hot stamping process and the ppm rate in the end of line tester.
▪ Investigate technical problems accorded to the product in pre-serial production phase and recommend corrective actions related to process, equipment and product design.
▪ Make the engineering changes management through the Product Evolution Process belonging to Marquardt, create bills of materials for each product, estimate engineering costs and create purchasing orders.
▪ Make the reverse engineering of mechanical parts for aircraft’s fuselage using Catia V5
▪ Design of specific brackets for the assembly of different parts for an Aircraft.
▪ Realize engineering changes tasks using PDMLink and create bills of materials with Enovia VPM.
