Manage the Project Coordinators and cascade all project tasks from the Master
Project Plan to them.
Develop full-scale projects plans and associated communications documents.
Plan, create and execute project work and to meet changing needs and
requirements in managing projects developments from beginning to end.
Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Manage project’s aspects in Archimedia’s scope with the help of Project
Coordinators.
Maintain accurate records of all sales, goods, payments received.
Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Apply company methodology and enforces project standards.
Ensures project documents are complete on time, accurate, and stored
appropriately.
Set and communicate projects expectations to team members and stakeholders in
a timely ongoing basis.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve projects goals in the
proper time.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Using AIMS to manage workflow and day-to-day activities.
Manage, organize, and update relevant project data using AIMS.
Proactively manage changes in any project scope, identify potential crises, and
devise contingency plans.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the
project.
Submit the full Project Status Report weekly to Operations managers.
Send a monthly (during rough in and trim phase) or weekly Progress Report to
client.
Execute AV Systems (Infrastructure & Programming & Testing & Commissioning
& Supervision on site) Installation and programming and configuring (control
processors, DSP, Projectors, Video conference, Dante protocol, interactive
projectors, interactive screens, digital signage, interactive whiteboard, video
conference, video wall, LED screens, video processor, discussion Sys, Audio
conference, line array speakers, line array MIC, wireless interpretation sys,
interpretation booth, video matrix, control processor, audio processor, Dante
processors and speakers, etc.)
Leading a team of Engineers & Technicians
Dealing with contractors, consultants for discussing technical issues
Reporting regularly on project progress to Projects Manager
Review Consultants Shop drawings.
Prepare the execution Plan of projects.
Deliver the required works during the project phases and to support the site
engineers & technicians in terms of supplying all needs.
Deliver the required technical training to Engineers & technicians.
Work with his team to solve all problems during the execution of projects in easer,
timely, and effective.
Prepare all kinds of reports
Follow up all the projects correspondence
Communicate with other departments in terms of providing and exchange data /
information …etc.
Undertake other tasks as assigned that suitable the competence of the employee
Execute all Low current systems (Structure & Testing & Commissioning &
Supervision on site)
Leading a team of Engineers & Technicians
Follows up with different projects, reviews all deliveries and drawings and specify
technical observations in accordance with the specifications for security systems,
and surveillance cameras, Master Clock Systems, smart systems, Parking Systems,
etc.
Dealing with contractors, consultants for discussing technical issues
Reporting regularly on project progress to Projects Manager
Reviews Consultants Shop drawings.
Reviews the various electrical calculations.
Communicate with suppliers
Analyzes the inquiries about the different sites and the
provided technical response.
Audits the consultants in site and the designer in the case of any technical
questions or conflicts affecting the implementation.
Develop and conduct testing plans and procedures based upon system
recommendations
Doing solution design & Product selection
Doing Inventory Schedules & Inspection Request
Develop work plans and estimates as they relate to systems
integration work tasks and team members
Execute Integration work & troubleshooting (Lighting - Audio Visual - Sound
System - Security - Surveillance - Garage Gates - CCTV - Access Control - Master
Clock).
Research, evaluate, and recommend systems, equipment and technologies based
on client needs
Draft technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other
systems integration related documents
Develop and conduct testing plans and procedures based upon system
recommendations
Provide client with post-installation and integration support
Understand Telecom and IT networks
Execute Product Configuration
Perform system verification (testing)
