Develop the overall business plan for the total Business Unit.
Set long term business plan for the SBU and develop K.A strategies to achieve better organizational capacity.
Negotiations for major contracts and prepare sales & marketing forecasts, action plans.
Ensure achieving the gross and net margin for the company.
Analyze and monitor market needs and trends.
Obtain and submit accurate market competitors’ information, KA management.
Represent company participation in seminars, trade shows, and sales /marketing events.
Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Leading a team of 45 persons (Directly 7 person & 38 Indirect).
Develop annual sales & marketing plans in view of organizational strategy and objectives.
Implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
Plan and break down for targets according to the growth required by area, channel & customer.
Ensure communications are coordinated, support sales force, plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure.
Negotiate with the head offices to get new ageneses and expand the business.
Set goals for all members of the sales teams.
Organize, Plan and achieve sales target and profit target.
Prepare monthly and reporting directly to Dubai H.O. - (BDF, Beiersdorf)
Ensure market share reflected on shelf share of key agencies across the upper trade (visibility).
Evaluate the operational efficiency in key accounts and for optimizing the resources.
Ensure the collection of all our standing in the market in maximum 60 days time (As per the company policy).
Ensure the return from the market is reduced by 50 % by the end of the year.
Increase the market share of the overall product range.
Ensure a proper forecast for key accounts both in value and volume.
Reduce customer complaint in terms of out of stocks on the shelf promotional activities coordination, merchandising coordination.
Obtain and submit accurate market competitors’ information, key account management.
Assist the senior management to accomplish various business building projects.
Key customer satisfaction and subordinate satisfaction.
Coordinate the selling process to A class outlets through supervising the sales team.
Monitors salesmen activities in terms of quantities and brands.
Follows-up on collection activities and determines reasons for delays if any.
Follows-up on all promotional campaigns and special offers in stores in terms of quantities sold.
Conducts visits to customers to monitor the selling activities.
Follow-up promotions distribution in key accounts by preparing weekly reports. .
Determine marketing objectives & strategies well as brand forecast.
Evaluates the performance of the salesmen and prepares annual reports in comparison with previous years on each salesman.
Ensure that the brand image & message is clear& simple to the consumer.
Look for new potential customers to expend the business.
Maintain good relationship with customers and colleagues through courtesy.
Process and analyze data by using special ORCAL software.
Obtain and submit accurate market information periodically whenever advised by the superior.
Follow-up on promotional campaigns to assess their impact on sales' activities.
Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all activities relating to Key Accounts.
Handling (Upper trade) which represent 45 % of WELLA business in Qatar.
Supervise Merchandisers & the implementation of the P.O.S materials &the Plano gram of the product.
Control& forecast the department budget and the rebates.
Increase the market share of the overall product range.
Achieve &maintain the collection target “as per the company credit policy”.
Implements, evaluate trade, consumer promotion & activities in conjunction with sales according to market needs.
Follow up & running promotions, Re-launching, Launching plane.
Ensure that the brand image & message is clear& simple to the consumer.
