•Costing projects and compiling budgets.

•Allocating areas to design engineers for site visits and providing scheme requests on received jobs on hand & Tenders for design proposals, calculations, and estimations.
•Setting budgets/targets.
•Liaising with other departmental managers and customers.
•Keeping abreast with competitors’ activities and strategies.
•Involved in product development, identification of new business opportunities and development of marketing strategies.
•Reports directly to the general manager.
