Designed the Materials Management System subsequent to organizing more than 70, 000 m² of marble from different suppliers.
Key Responsibilities as Director Of Materials Management Unit:
• Planning, directing and supervising the supplies and finished stock inventories while adhering to all corporate purchasing guidelines.
• Ensuring optimum quality, service and inventory supplies to meet customer demands at the lowest possible inventory investment consistent with quality, production, sales, and service requirements.
• Developing materials supply and inventory forecasts, incorporating subsequent modifications to support business demands.
