directs and manages the overall provision of services, policies and programs for the entire administrative sector of the company The major areas directed are:
•recruiting and selection
•organizational and space planning;
•performance management and improvement systems;
•organization development;
•employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
•policy development and documentation;
•employee relations;
•company-wide committee facilitation;
•company employee and community communication;
•compensation and benefits administration;
•employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
•charitable giving; and
•employee services and counseling.
•Development of the Human Resources department.
•Participating in making work plans, goals, policies for each depart related .
•Assist individuals to treat their problems within your organization and loyalty to the enterprise
•Develop and manage software assignment, training and assessment, wages and emoluments and benefits
•Contact and negotiate and deal with resistance to change .
•Participate in the development and follow-up of the implementation of security policies and procedures and achieve equality among individuals .
•Linking HR strategy and company strategy .
•Putting a system to define different training needs for company workers .
•Coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the CEO and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
•Rehabilitation of the company to obtain a I.S.O. 9001/2008 certificate .
• Responsibility for administration service & arrange quality insurance with( IMC.)
•Organized arrangement relations follow the chairman & Keep communicating with different department managers .
•Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
•Delivering company quality policy for all workers in each department
• Prepare & modify the frame work with coordination with all department managers .
• Responsible for preparing modifying, distributing job descriptions to different jobs inside the company and performance appraisal .
