Handling of 1000 Monthly Paid Employee’s Time Sheet working on various locations. Coordinating with Time Keeper & site Administrators for Time Sheets and other relevant documents & information’s.
Adding other amounts to payroll Such as Reimbursement of Medical Bills, Allowances and deducting Loans, Advance etc.
Scrutinizing the Full Payroll after all Addition & Deduction
Updating records of new employees as per Egyptian labor law
Calculating leave salary & final dues
Coordinate with Exchange / Banks to open new accounts and salary process
Ensure strict compliance with established policies and procedures as per organizational requirements.
Calculate employee wages, deductions, time, tax, social insurance, deductions, tax exemption and payroll data from timesheets and other records.
Prepare reports to top management for (Vacation, Sick Leave, Work Accident, Absenteeism, Penalty
Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position
Appropriate venues. Provide candidate with the required hiring documents and to ensure company procedures are met
Screenings resumes and find the best qualified candidate for each position.
•Offering advice to both clients and candidates on paying rates.
•Producing a computer database and hard copies by successfully handling candidate Instruction.
Receiving, reviewing applications and managing interviews of short-listed candidates for our clients.
•Tailoring job description on the basis of information received from our clients.
Undertake new hiring procedures; contract administration, social insurance forms
Updating personal reports, and relevant documents.
Assist in preparing attendance, performance Evaluation and Termination reports.
Handling the social insurance and labor office inspection visits, provide inspectors with the documents needed and facilitate their mission.
Screen the applicant's CVS & classifies them according to job Requirements.
