• To be responsible for providing the company with high quality compensation and benefits services, for developing the company's long term compensation and benefits strategy, policies and procedures, system and analytic, and for overseeing the annual compensation processes, whilst ensuring cost effective solutions are adopted.
• To uphold the company’s ethics, operating policies and conform with the department work instructions.
• Defines a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to the company's strategy, business goals and work culture, based on the approved compensation and benefits SOP.
• Ensures that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
• Uses various methods and techniques and makes data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and non financial compensations.
• Researches on job titles, job evaluations and job classifications. Participates in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
• Differentiates pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value.
• Develops new reward processes and proactively leads the development of new pay, grading and benefit process, and work with Talent/Training Management, Recruitment and ODD Units to ensure they are integrated with gig-Kuwait's Competency framework and management behavior scheme.
• Deploys effective communication strategies and success metrics.
• Conducts ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
• Conducts periodic audits and prepares reports.
• Any other task as assigned by the Concerned Manager in connection with the Company's operational requirement.
