I am responsible for various legal tasks for the group and its subsidiaries. These tasks include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating strategic contracts. I also coordinate legal support for all departments, including litigation and labor and employment matters. Moreover, I provide legal advice and opinions on commercial, civil, real estate, corporate, financial, and other legal matters. I liaise with external lawyers and review their work, and provide feedback.

My duties also involve reviewing tenders, contracts, and regulatory documents to ensure that they are technically fit and legally compliant. This helps protect the Group, its businesses, and stakeholders from unanticipated risks and liabilities.

Additionally, I report to the Associate legal counsel for EMEA and create weekly progress reports for him and the group.

* G4S UAE is made out of 5 legal entities and over 12, 000 employees who work in manned security services, events security services, electronic security services, facility management services, First select employment services .
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating strategic contracts; coordinating business and functional legal support to ensure that all stakeholders are involved as required (e.g. litigation, labor and employment, etc.)
* Providing legal advice, opinions and assistance to all departments in the groupand to its subsidiaries, in respect of various matters pertaining to commercial, civil, real estate, c, corporate, financial matters and in general respect of any and all other federal and local laws and regulations
*Liaising with external lawyer in handling courts and, reviewing memorandum drafted by external lawyers and providing comments etc.
*Review tenders, Nda, contracts, facility services agreements, technology services agreements, cash services agreements, outsourcing agreements, security services agreements, lease contracts, related agreements and regulatory documents for technical fitness and legal compliance, ensuring the Group, its businesses and stakeholders are sufficiently protected from and aware of unapprised risks and liabilities.
*I report to the regional legal counsel of Middle East.
*I create weekly progress and escalate reports to the regional counsel and to the group.
*I attend weekly leadership meeting and coordinate all legal matters and related projects such as acquisitions and new ventures for G4S in UAE.
*Compliance forms a huge part of my role also, I draft (shareholders resolutions, AOA, ect.., and implement local policies and make sure group standards are met in the business.
* Basic understanding of ABAC compliance via handling and co-handling Know your customers and know your third party Applications from the service provider Point of view.
*I monitor all the legal cost through the management tool Serengeti software and negotiated agreed fee with the external lawyers .
*Supporting Finance department to collect the outstanding payments either through negotiations or through the court .
*Ensure that the structuring recapitalization and reorganization of the legal entities in UAE is complaint with overall requirements of the group structure and liaise with group TAX, Goup legal, Group insurance (GRID ) in the headquarters in (UK).In this regard all reorganization work will be taken with the guidance and support of the ME regional counsel and external lawyers.

Reviewing contracts, tender, Nda, policies, all legal documents, day to day legal work
 Studying any and all legal issues related to the company and render legal opinions and views on them.
 Meeting clients for contracts negotiation.
 Coordinating with local lawyers, legal auditors and the Police .
 Review tenders, Nda, contracts, facility services agreements, technology services agreements, cash services agreements, outsourcing agreements, security services agreements, lease contracts, related agreements and regulatory documents for technical fitness and legal compliance, ensuring the Group, its businesses and stakeholders are sufficiently protected from and aware of unapprised risks and liabilities.

$ dealing with sales force&Crm systems.

 Liaise with internal stakeholders and support functionsI, both independently and under supervision, on contractual matters and associated legal issues and participate in contract negotiations to ensure the best interests of the Group are secured.
 Anticipate legal issues, including probable and/or possible scenarios requiring mitigation or risk assumption.

 Studying any and all legal issues related to the company and render legal opinions and views on them.
 Meeting clients to update the status of the project.
 Establishing internal investigations related to internal and external theft or fraud and preparing reports.
 Coordinating with local lawyers, legal auditors and the Police .
 Review lease contracts, related agreements and regulatory documents for technical fitness and legal compliance, ensuring the Group, its businesses and stakeholders are sufficiently protected from and aware of unapprised risks and liabilities.
 Liaise with internal stakeholders and support functions, both independently and under supervision, on contractual matters and associated legal issues and participate in contract negotiations to ensure the best interests of the Group are secured.
 Anticipate legal issues, including probable and/or possible scenarios requiring mitigation or risk assumption.
 Logging complaints / cases with police / prosecutors and regular follow up for open cases with authorities to ensure their closures.
 Draft lease contracts and related agreements to minimize risk, increase clarity of process/responsibility, enhance the Group’s protection and reflect commercial objectives.

 Studying any and all legal issues related to the company and render legal opinions and views on them.
 Review lease contracts, related agreements and regulatory documents for technical fitness and legal compliance, ensuring the Group, its businesses and stakeholders are sufficiently protected from and aware of unapprised risks and liabilities.
 Liaise with internal stakeholders and support functions, both independently and under supervision, on contractual matters and associated legal issues and participate in contract negotiations to ensure the best interests of the Group are secured.
 Anticipate legal issues, including probable and/or possible scenarios requiring mitigation or risk assumption.

Watch and control the market.
 Ensure validity of marketed products.

commercial approach to legal matters.
