-Configuring and administering different security products including (Firewalls, IPS, Proxies).
-installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
-monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
-talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
-troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
-providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
-setting up new users' accounts and profiles and managing existing users .
-Supporting LANs, WAN, network segments, Internet access, and intranet systems.
-Maintaining system efficiency.
-Managing enterprise infrastructure & working closely with IT superiors, vendors, suppliers.
-Maintaining network servers such as the file server, the domain server and the application server.
-Maintaining integrity of the network, server deployment, and their security.
