Support all departments to ensure a smooth workflow by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
•Circulate announcements
•International and domestic shipping and Sent a summary of all invoices to the Finance Department for paid
•Manage telecommunication and internet
•Manage inventory,
•Manage stationery and office supplies
•Process invoices, LPO's, PR's and ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time
•Maintain records and archiving
•Book meeting rooms and schedule in-house and external events
•Travel and accommodation arrangements by Data system
•Support the HRSS specially the Recruitment team
