Responsible for all construction work in the company performing overall quality control of the work. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their need and requirements. Negotiate with every contractor for the projects. Prepare time schedule, BOQ, quotation, contract and progress reports.
Managing construction site, ensuring that all material used and work performed are as per specifications with consideration of timeline.

run as scheduled.
Interact with clients and meet their requirements, negotiate with sub-
contractors and report to top management. Involved in project
planning and make time schedule, BOQ, proposals and reports as
required.
Projects: The Perfect Warehouses are 13 warehouses and an admin
building (steel Structure), Alraja Commercial Center (Steel structure),
Two residential buildings, Two residential villas and the International
Conference Center (as a sub contractor with Almuhaidib).
Participating in project management and technical team of the company. keeping up the project progress work and report daily on project status.
