Perform a proactive role in the promotion of project management methods and standards, implementation of good project management practice, and the monitoring of certain projects
• Facilitate the development and on-going management of an optimized portfolio, ensuring senior management decisions lead to the fulfilment of strategic objectives through delivery of projects
• As an additional role of Risk Manager, took the lead in ensuring that the project has an effective process in place to identify and monitor risks, has access to reliable and up to date information about risks, and uses the appropriate controls and actions to deal with risks. Also ensure that this process is aligned to corporate risk management policy.
• Provide a benefits realization support service to business managers

Perform feasibility study of current and existing process within the organization
Planning and development of ISMS policies, procedures and standards based on ISO standard to ensure the security, confidentiality and privacy of information that is consistent with organizational Information security policy
Coordinate and work with information custodian of each department to implement ISMS
Provide status reports to senior level management on the project status

•Certification in ITIL foundation course, PMP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Black and Green Belt Six Sigma, AHM 250
•successful management of multiple projects from defining requirements through implementation
•proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
•sound ability to conduct and interpret qualitative and quantitative analyses
•comprehensive understanding of RCA, statistics and quality improvement techniques.
