Successfully led Primary Science to attain a V. GOOD with OUTSTANDING FEATURES
• Develop and review syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, marking policies, assessment and teaching and learning strategies in the primary and support the same in secondary.

• Write the School Evaluation (SEF) and School Development Plan (SDP) for Science in partnership with the senior leadership team (SLT) taking into account the ADEK (Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge) inspection report and their recommendations.
• Liaise with the senior leadership team to ensure the delivery of an appropriate, comprehensive, high quality curriculum programme which complements the School Development Plan/School Evaluation.
•Changes in the National Curriculum of England’s framework and catering to the requirements of TIMSS and PISA.
• Liaise with the head of secondary Science to ensure progression across key stages.
• Undertake Performance Management Review(s) and act as reviewer for a group of staff within the school.
• Ensure monitoring processes are regularly and effectively implemented in line with the requirements of Self Evaluation and the School Development Plan.
• Received the ‘Best Performer of the Year 2017’ in Zakher Private School for achieving dedicated and impressive teaching practices among the learning fraternity.
