* Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures
are followed.

* In charge of other administrative and computer works like faxing, e-mailing, scanning, data entries, &
opening files and insurance.
* Assisting the admin manager in planning and executing the events and other activities in organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
* Understand the core business of the office/directorate and contribute to its development.
* Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages, and routing correspondence.
* Submitting quotations, invoice and estimation reports to the clients.
* Undertake specialist searches of information management and other systems to provide detailed statistical
information and create electronic (or manual if appropriate) client files.
* Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
* Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
* Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
* Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings, appointments, and provide reminders as needed;
maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* 'Cold calling' companies to generate new business.
* Sourcing CVs from various channels such as referencing, company’s own database, Job Portals i.e. Monster,
Naukri, and networking tools such as LinkedIn.
* Planning, developing, and implementing compensation program for exempt and non-exempt employees.
* Analyzing and modifying benefits to be cost effective for the company and the best coverage for employees.
* Identifying vacancies post open job, screen interview and match applicant with open positions,
background and reference checks, extend offerings and employee on-boarding.
* Counseling and mentoring employees and Management team to provide impartial determination to
employee issues and to seek an effective resolution.
* Investigating and providing guidance on employee relations issues through progressive disciplinary
process.
* Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed.
* Building relationships with employers and job seekers.
* Keeping records and negotiating fees.
