• Develop a BIM model with Revit tools and
manage them & lead the BIM team.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans
for projects.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration
among various project stakeholders, ,
engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Define BIM standards and protocols to be
followed by the project team.
• Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models
and data to ensure compliance with project
standards.
• Coordinate work with the lead technical
engineer, including taking responsibility for
timely completion of deliverables.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise
during the modeling and coordination
processes.
• Clash detection and coordination of all MEP
services using Revit & Navisworks.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth
integration of BIM software with other project
management systems.
• Perform multi-discipline coordination utilizing
BIM techniques and clash detection tools.
• Provide ongoing training and support to team
members on BIM tools and processes.
• Ensure that the project team is trained in BIM
methodologies and tools.
• Provide a range of drawing production work
including problem analysis, layout, modeling,
detailing, drafting, and coordination with other
disciplines on projects of substantial variety and
complexity.
