Task & Duties.

Responsibility covers the following points
1.once the orders placed by concerned department shall open a Job order for follow up with the suppliers.
2. Receiving all jobs by all channels (hard copies & emails)
3. Scanning any received documents from suppliers.
4. Verify correctness of all collected documents with required attestation and certification. and inform customer for any amendment required if any.
5. Checking their INCO terms for freight forwarder quotations for approval..
7. Keep track of vessel / flight arrivals.
8. Compare p.o. vs proforma on the prices and quantity for the job opened with supplier payment terms and copy of payment transferred in advance..
9. Follow-up DO collection, Bayan printing, and clearance status
10.preparing customs duty payment request and Follow-up duty payment with accounts to release the shipment for delivery.
11. Update customers with all progress steps of shipment and any issues arise
12. Inform customer of near expiry Authorization letter.
13. Assure all receipts and costs are captured correctly in job file before submitting to cost Accountant.
14. Coordinating with warehouse staff on all required necessary packing and invoice details and provide all estimated delivery of the shipments in advance.
15. preparation of daily shipment status reports.

Store Manager, Sales & Retailing boating Spare Parts, attending customers, maintaining and merchandising Showroom, staff and promotion and dealing with suppliers.

all logistical, purchasing, shipping, consolidating shipments, customs clearance, insurance policies, building maintenance, warehousing, fleets distribution, Stock physical inventory, materials maintenance, deliveries inbound, Cost Structure of each shipment in accordance with Price Structure of each Vendor, Items & Vendor info. record + Export & Retail prices updating in accordance with the exchange rates .
