Key Responsibi lities: Able to plan, monitor and independently execute small and large projects using the resources of the company and liaising with external vendors and subcontractors. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labour requirements to determine project feasibility. Civil inspection, supervision and construction works starting from site preparation, planning, excavations, RC works and block works. Day to day management of the site, including supervision, monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractor. Monitor progress of subcontractor as per schedule agreed and ensure that the work is completed within the estimated time. Quality check of each item of work on site and submission of Project report. Preparation of BOQ and ordering of material as per site requirement. Consistently met project deadline initiatives, improving overall company productivity and profitability
