Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of countries under jurisdiction.
• Preparation of monthly management reports which include the profitability of each operational center and cash flow projection.
• Assisting the CFO & Finance VP in preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Liaise with statutory auditors on the preparation and audit of statutory financial statements.
• Budget tracking with Actual (Variance analysis) - reported to head office monthly.
• Full-fledged review of the books of accounts (full trial balance review line by line on a monthly basis)
• Responsible for ledger scrutiny.
• Maintaining Internal Controls and safeguarding of all transactions.
• Managing operational finance requirements for the region - reconciliations, reporting revenue, cash management, banking, funding and foreign exchange fluctuations.
• Suggesting changes in finance related business processes to meet local country requirements.
• Ensure optimum allocation and utilization of allocated working capital for various sub-divisions.
• Ensuring properly executed payments to vendors and others as per agreed timeline - per contract.
• Ensure tax compliance is followed in the country of operation, tax collection and tax payment.
• Manage team performance by setting performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Management of Working Capital KPIs of the firm which includes - Lockup, Changeability, Cash, Inputs, etc
2. Senior Management Reporting of progress on position on a weekly basis (Business Updates)
3. Full Monthly Ledger Reviews.
4. Dormant Balance Reviews in compliance of the SRA Rules.
5. Disbursement/Cost Controlling.
6. Inter-office Revenue Management.
7. Revenue generating innovative idea personally pitched to Eversheds CEO & Client advisory board - currently enrolling the idea.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full ownership of the regional financial reporting, capital expenditure capturing & analysis of large projects within the region.
2. Full ownership/production of the regional business financial intelligence tool for GP analysis.
3. Monthly Capital Expenditure review/analysis for the full region. (as part of Monthly Management Reviews)
4. Reviewing compliance certificates related to transactions for accuracy and compliance with transaction documents.
5. Financial Reporting, Quarterly Budgeting, forecasting & Capital Expenditure analysis.
6. Finalizing Audits & Managing their requirements
1- Refering clients queries appropriately and promptly with respect to utilizing the business knowledge.
2- Aware of technical developments and identifying how they are likely to impact the audit.
3- Grasping industry specific technical concepts through discussions with clients.
4- Identifying potential advisory opportunities and discussing them with the superior in charge of the job.
5- Investing in increasing personal commercial awareness.
6- Developing basic knowledge of the client business to better understand information obtained during the audit.
7- Applying the audit methodolgy as per Deloitte at the highest accuracy and quality.
8-Obtaining the relevant documents required for the completion of the audit engagement.
