E-Commerce Operations that include Backend operation responsibilities such as Social Media Marketing, Online Marketplace coordination, Online shop management, uploading products, managing inventory both online and offline, pricing management, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating with buyers, content management and improving sales online.
Social Media Marketing for all the social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.
I was a Lecturer teaching Marketing and Management modules in the Fashion Retail Faculty. I was also involved in other academic roles that included course designing, uploading marks in the cms system, providing internship for the students in the relevant industry, industry coordination and liaison between industry, students and also the university. Other job responsibilities included education counselling during career and education fairs and event management as well for promoting the graduating students.

I completed my MBA (Global Marketing) at one of the most prestigious universities in Malaysia, namely, Management & Science University, Malaysia, with 14 modules having scored a CGPA : 3.81 and GPA: 3.92 The 14 modules were Marketing Management, Global Marketing, Accounting for Corporate Decisions and Evaluation, Business Law & Ethics, Sales Management, Statistical Analysis, Economics for Management, Consumer Behaviour, Research Methodology, Ecommerce & Service Management, Information Systems & E-Commerce, Organizational Behaviour, Strategic Management, Financial Management and Project. Total Credit hours = 48
