• Assist team leaders to perform all aspects of sales, marketing activities such as generating technical and commercial proposals and follow-up on same with customers
• Independently handle all pre/post sales administration that includes quote preparation, DO and work with Forwarding Companies to complete the logistic works till products reaches the customer destination
• Liaise and co-ordinate with clients and suppliers to resolve related pre/post-sales and service issues
• Assist all order execution and track the shipments till delivery
• Keeping track of open enquiries and following up with supplier for their quotations.
• Preparing the local and international purchase orders
• Preparing packing list and invoice
• Preparing the sales log and reporting to the manager
• Maintain database to record all documentation and filing relating to sales and service jobs
• Creating and maintaining hard copy and soft copy job files in order to facilitate a smooth and accurate documentation process within each project.
