● Knowledge of insurance claims form and procedures.
● Attending conferences as well as insurance companies
● Coordinating, liaising and networking between insurance companies regarding eligibility, payments, approvals, reconciliation
● Responsible for assisting patients with processing of medical insurance claims
● Contact insurance companies and patients regarding outstanding balances.
● Researches and resolves insurance billing issues.
● Responsible for filling and tracking insurance pharmacy claims and informing patients of their claims status
● Process insurance and disability claims in a timely manner

● Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
● Keep records of customer interaction, file documents
