(SAT), Site observation Report (SOR) reports.

•To make sure that the ongoing activities are as per Standard, IFC Drawings, and Approved
Method Statements/Procedure.
• Ensure that the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) of the project has been
implemented.
• Follow the Typical Inspection Plan (Hold, Witness and Surveillance point) for the Civil
Works and carries out the various stage inspection and Tests, record findings, prepares
various reports. If any construction operations are observed being unsatisfactory then
will immediately instruct the Construction Supervisor to correct these. If appropriate
action is not taken, then INCR (Internal Non - Conformance Report) will be raised.
• Provide and propose any possible solutions to close the NCR and liaise with the
construction team to prevent repeated issues and minimize NCR.
• Pro-actively notify to Construction Crew to avoid Standard Violation, Issue an implement
at work.
• Review all Civil, Structural and other discipline coordination IFC Drawings and Their
Technical Specifications of the Project as per client requirements.
• Participating Kick off meeting, Weekly Quality and construction meeting.
• To Inspect the Super structure, Footings, Build Block Foundations & ground beams works.
• Ensure ground drainage system and water supply pipeline works, Road works etc.
• To Inspect the Erection of structural steelwork, block works, Plastering works,
windows/Doors/stairs/Glazing works etc.
• To coordinate with the Civil Contractor for Execution, Testing & Commissioning.
• Monitor and verify that the work execution and implementation are as per approved
procedures, approved specifications and as per latest/updated IFC drawings.
• Inspection for Pre-Cast Foundation, Pipe Support Foundation, Valve boxes and different
types of concrete elements Casted at Precast yard.

Prepare Request for Inspection (RFI), Hold Point Release (HPR), and Material Inspection Request (MIR) and submit to client as prescribed procedures of 24 hours before the requested date of inspection.
To carryout site supervision and inspections of the works in Temporary Shaft Construction (ERSS), Soil improvement Works and Tunneling Works in accordance with project specifications and approved construction drawings.
To monitor sheet piling, base and tunnel eye jet grouting works as per approved design drawing and JGP coring sample test reports (quality check) submit to QP for approval.
To prepare and submit Annex C and Annex D (TERS) for QP approval for layer by layer during, the excavation.
Follow the QP design of ERSS for the Jacking/Receiving shaft construction sequence and casting base slab to design.
