I have been engaged for the Construction management and Supervision of 6.25 km long Two Flyovers (Precast Segmental Construction) and One Rail Over Bridge (Steel Bridge) & Underpass ( Prestressed concrete Girder Bridge ) for the project of National Highway - 53 in the state of Maharashtra, INDIA. Cost of the project is Rs. 1170 Crores. This project is executing under EPC mode. The project mainly consists of 1)Construction of 3.50 km long FLY OVER at LAKHANI town 2)Construction of 2.75 km long FLY OVER at SAKOLI town of Precast Segmental Span by Span construction with Overhead Launching Gantry and these two Fly Overs having pile foundations. 3)Construction of One Rail Over Bridge & Underpass having pile foundations with prestressed girder superstructure at SAUNDAD town, also Box culverts, Pipe culverts, RE wall, RC Drainage systems, concrete slope protection works and Grade level roads etc
1. Co ordinate with design team, specific emphasis on structural design including Geo technical/ Foundation engineering, Post Tensioning and Prestressed concrete design.
2. Project planning and managing all the activities of the work to meet the project deadlines.
3. BOQ cost control and contract management etc.
4.To monitor and inspect all the activities on site and reviewing compliance with drawings and specifications.
5.To attend the progress review meetings and highlight the construction issues and seeks solutions.
6. Following construction inspection procedures with safety practices and policies within work site.
7. Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports.
8. Liaison with Clients and other Stake holders.
9. Engage inspection teams to cover all the activities of the project work.
I had been engaged for Construction Management and Supervision works for the Elevated Corridor/Viaduct, “JAMAL ABDUL NASSER CORRIDOR” project in the Country of KUWAIT. Mainly, the project consists of 18 km long Elevated Corridor out of which 10 km long Main Bridge with 6 lane-carriageway and 8 km long 2/3 lane Overcrossings & Inter connecting Ramps, Two Underpasses, RC Drainages, Grade level roads. In these Bridges two of them were having a span of 125 m. Rehabilitation & repair woks for existing bridges. Cost of the project was Kuwaiti Dinar 245 million/ USD.816 million.
Major Responsibilities Involved:
