• Order processing - Execution of purchase orders, sales orders and invoicing using Oracle software by ensuring timely coordination with sales executives and reporting to senior management.
• Vendor management -Coordination with various vendors for competitive quotes and invoices.
• Reporting - Preparation of weekly and monthly reports and submit to senior management.
• Payment follow up - By ensuring the timely collection of Accounts Receivable by following up with the customers who avail credit facilities.
• Retail banking operations - Branch operational activities such as Remittances(NEFT/RTGS), Transfer transactions, Maintenance of registers, Account opening (CASA), Custodian and issue of lockers, Custodian of Insta kit for account opening, Cash transactions, DD issuance, Service Requests
• Customer service - Assist the customers in all operational and sales parameters and make them delighted over the service by making follow up calls, Customer portfolio management and special privilege for senior citizens by being a personal banker for mapped customers.
• Cross selling of banking products - Identify prospective customers and sell various banking products such as Life insurance, General insurance, Various Investment products, up gradation of accounts etc over the counter.
• Coordinator - Team leader of operations division and coordinate the operational and sales activities and report to senior management.
• Campaigns and training - Organized and conducted campaigns for sales promotion and conducting training for interns and fresher’s.
