Process: Global Accounts Payable - CARTUS
Rendering services as Auditor cum Analyst for one of the biggest organization in relocation sector called CARTUS
Nature of Duty: Associated with CARTUS - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PROCESS, it's an Accounts Payable Process. M/s. CARTUS is a client of GENPACT, it is a leading organization involved in providing relocation related services for CORPORATE CLIENTS. It serves 2/3rd of Fortune Companies.
It is good at providing services like - Orientation Programs, Property Management services, Settling In, Total Support, Temporary Accommodations, Immigration Services, Tax preparation, Temp Living, Furniture Rental, Utilities payment and Long Term assignment Programs etc.,
Job Profile: • Auditing Moving Services invoices within the TAT time.
• On-line Payments to Vendors within the Due date.
• Doing Vendor set ups to make the urgent payments.
• Handling the Rush Router box for different issues.
• Direct Escalations to Vendors & Clients (Depends on the situations)
• Good at Vendor Reconciliations.
• Daily meeting the Client expectations.
• Sending Fund requests on site team, In case of disbursement amount is 5k, 15K, 25K and above.
• Attending client calls, In case of clarifications, Regarding Authorizations payments.
• Adapting continuous updates.
• Doing Quality Check of payments, Preparing daily reports and PFI reports on daily basis.
• Process Trainer: Training the new hires, Conducting PKTs (Process Knowledge Tests) for the entire team.
• Responsible for getting invoices paid well within due date by the Analysts.
• Responsible for work allocation to other team members.
• Handling daily calls with the clients and updating the current status at Genpact India.
• Doing sanity for all invoices, which are in pending status.
• Part of quality team to check accuracy level of the production done for the day and report to the client.

• Have Been Awarded Spot award for Giving Process Improvement ideas.

• Prepared Standard Operating Procedure document, which includes all the training given to the team by clients. A ready manual that shows knowledge transfer from client to Genpact team.
