• Handling recruitments on wide range of skill-sets and the positions i.e., junior, middle and senior management levels.
• Searching and identifying potential candidates from Job portals, Social Networks, References and database,
• Source, Screen, Evaluate & select candidate through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates. Inform applicants of job responsibility, compensation & benefits, work schedules & working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities & other related information.
• Conducting pre-screening interviews.
• Self involvement in preliminary telephonic and personal interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (positions, salary, relocation aspects)
• Scheduling Technical final interviews either with the Technical panel.
• Responsible for candidate Video Conferencing interview.
• Pre interview and post interview follow-up with the candidates
• Closing all the positions in terms of Remuneration, Joining Date, and Designation Etc.
• Work closely with team manager to increase efficiency and productivity of the recruitment process.
• Familiar with End to End Recruitment processes from sourcing the resumes till closure of requisition
• Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, direct sourcing, and advanced Internet sourcing
• Planning, negotiating and coordinating walk-in drive (in-house as well as out station) according to the recruitment plan
• Responsible for the client and candidate interaction.
• Background verification through reference check.
• Building the Database on daily/weekly and monthly basis.
• Mentoring the fresher in recruitment.
