I have been hired to evaluate and redesign the processes of logistics, purchases, sales and production for a better performance of the Company. My role encompasses active involvement in purchases and logistics as well as HRM.
Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
Create effective strategic planning methods.
Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
Implement major changes in all aspects of operation.
• Ensure smooth HR functions and their effectiveness.

• Manage all HR processes from recruitment to retirement (recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, Performance management, on and off boarding, employee relations, training & development, payroll etc.
• Propose new policies and review and revise exiting ones along with execution/implementation.
• Develop, implement and monitor annual HR strategic & operational plan and prepare departmental budgets.
• Ensure monitoring and evaluation mechanism for all HR functions with continuous improvement
• Act as an advisor and coach for line managers for all HR related affairs.
• Deal with other organizations i.e. educational institutions, vendors etc.

An Overview:
Preparation of proposals for potential clients and get approval of reporting function before finalizing.
Establish close working relationship with clients, understand the main issues, people and culture in the client organization.
Suggest and utilize effective and efficient approaches to handle and also help client team in handling the ambiguity and uncertainty to meet the client’s objective.
Administer personality assessments on line tests for recruitment as well as for development purposes, prepare personality assessment reports and conduct feedback sessions.
Deliver presentation to potential clients to develop market for PAPI - an internationally recognized psychometric tool.
Control the profitability of assignments, including costs against budgets; identify variations and the resultant additional billings.
At Shaukat Khanum, I got full opportunity to develop myself as a human resource professional and worked as follows: Reporting to the Head of Human Resource Department, I was responsible to assist Manager HR in developing and implementing the overall HR strategy for the organization in compliance with ISO standards and working closely with the line managers to advise and coach them through issues pertaining to recruitment & selection, employee relations, coaching, counseling and Training & development. Key aspects of my role involved ensuring that policies and practices are developed to attract and retain talent in support of organization’s objectives and that these comply with HR best practices, are equitable and consistently applied across the organization.
My additional responsibilities at Shaukat Khanum included:
• Was member of Website Management Committee
• Employee relations: Grievance handling and conducted inquiries for disciplinary actions such as theft and sexual harassment etc.
• In-house trainer, therefore, designed developed and delivered trainings.
• Volunteers management
Reporting to Chairman LGES, I was based at Headquarter that is located in Lahore. During my stay with LGES, I had an opportunity to revamp the recruitment process of students from class 1 to Class 10 for Lahore Garrison Education System. This assignment was a consequence of a change management process whereby I, as one of the team member/change agent, was responsible to centralize the whole process in order to introduce transparency and uniformity in standards by introducing new and modern techniques. This assignment also gained me following opportunities: designing of advertisements for recruitment of students, training of the clerical staff, administrative and teaching staff to work according to new standards, preparation of aptitude tests for students along with quality assurance of content validity, training of the invigilators presentation of a proposal for a full-fledged academics department to be introduced at LGES.
