- Abstract and enter lease contract into electronic administration database.

- Liaise with maintenance and management departments to ensure proper maintenance
and inspect properties periodically.

order to prudently guide clients.

- Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Handle customer complaints and work directly with customers to resolve outstanding issues.
