Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
Greeting prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (asking questions, utilizing completed guest cards, etc.).
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Conduct meetings with potential clients to determine their needs and confirm rental application data and personal references.
Setting appointments, showing clients the property, negotiating lease terms and conditions to conclude effective deals.
Immediately following-up on prospects that did not close and attempting to close sale again. Coordination of property closings to ensure that all necessary documents are signed and payment is received.
Responsible for reporting market survey reports. Accepting and completing the required application information from prospective residents.
Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
- Evaluate client’s requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized
presentations.
- Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
- Manage executive approvals to execute lease.
- Confirm rental application data and personal references.
- Abstract and enter lease contract into electronic administration database.
- Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
- Liaise with maintenance and management departments to ensure proper maintenance
and inspect properties periodically.
- Offer professional advice regarding leasing transaction of residential and nonresidential property.
- Kept up to date on properties and real estate demands and market issues in
order to prudently guide clients.
- Prepare and execute applications (lease documents).
- Responded to online inquiries on specific properties.
- Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Handle customer complaints and work directly with customers to resolve outstanding issues.

-Monitors activities at the pool to prevent accidents. -Rescues swimmers in danger of drowning. -Administers First Aid. -Cautions swimmers regarding unsafe practices and safety hazards; enforces and adheres to pool rules and regulations. -Follows emergency action plan and procedures established in the event of an emergency. -Maintains order in the pool and adjoining areas. -Inspects facilities for cleanliness; completes general pool cleaning and maintenance duties. -Responsible for the availability and safekeeping of emergency equipment (rescue tubes, backboard, signs and other equipment). -Determines chlorine content and pH value of water, using water testing kit, and record readings. -Provides general information on pool operation to patrons. -Teaches swimming lessons. -Completes required paperwork.
