REPORTING MENSUEL
• En charge de la clôture mensuelle sous la direction du Finance Manager
• Préparation et rédaction de l’analyse mensuelle
• Gestion du fichier de provisions des avoir par client
• Production du rapport mensuel d’activité mensuel par client (CA mensuel…)
• Analyse de chiffre d’affaires et de volume (variation de budget en comparaison avec le budget N-1)
BUDGET ET PREVISIONS
• Etablissement des prévisions hebdomadaire, analyse et identification des raisons des variations
• Participation au processus budgétaire: création du fichier permettant la consolidation budgétaire et le support aux utilisateurs, collecte des informations auprès des opérationnels, …
• Consolidation des données budgétaires au Finance Manager
• Présentation finale au Finance au Country Manager

• Préparation des demandes de reporting diverses et ponctuelles
• Vérification et validation des demandes d’avoirs des chargées d’affaires
