As the deputy of CEO who is the second-in-command at this company, I typically report directly to the CEO and are responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing other executives, and handling any tasks that his operational team works handle themselves ) - I (D/CEO) support the CEO in leading the Corporation's executive teams such as Sales, Depots, Administration affairs and members, HR, Logistic, Customer retention teams......, , and in managing the day to day operations of the Corporation, its resources and its people. - Leading the company’s strategic planning process and overseeing implementation of new strategies - Establishing and managing relationships with key stakeholders such as board members, shareholders, investors, regulators, industry partners, and competitors - Monitoring industry trends and reporting findings to senior management - Ensuring that company policies are followed by all employees - Reviewing reports from department heads regarding the performance of their departments - Developing and implementing new policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity - Translation and following the company's vision within staff to achieve the best result with high quality and services for their customer
