The significant efficiencies and duties of the above named employee are as follows:
- Preparing the structural analysis sketches and obtaining confirmation for the sketches from the employer and the project consultant and declaring it to the site,
- Performing the activities relevant to designing including the initial studies; preparation of drafts, detailed sketches, plans and sketch of parking lot, designing the sketch of landscapes, the sketches sewerage and drainage, preparing the steel and concrete construction drawings, attaining confirmation for sketches from different centers including municipality, firefighting, etc.,
- Performing the relevant coordination and following the stages of work till brickwork based on bylaw No. 2800 earthquake as well as the national construction regulations including soil tests, excavation, retaining structure, foundation, concrete pouring, plate, reinforcement, formatting, roofing, heating system, extension joint, etc.,
- Interpreting and explaining the work assignment instructions and appropriate construction methods, using appropriate executive methods by computational-draft drafts as well as selecting and installing the appropriate equipment including simple and precise measurement tools,
- Supervising and inspecting the good performance as well as organizing and supervising the repair and maintenance work of materials and equipment of project including machinery and the sites of carpentry and forging, warehouses, silos of materials, batching, etc.
- Preparing the time schedule of project,
- Optimizing the professionals for reinforcement, welding, concrete pouring, working, building construction, tiling, mosaic, electrical work, plastering, forging, asphalt, etc.,
- Preparing reports of different stages of work,
- Assisting in collecting the required information, gaining the site information and sending the information to the Project Control Unit as well as monitoring the project progress in accordance with the time schedule, planning the site activities and coordination with the supervising engineers group,
- Controlling the performed operations in accordance with the construction sketches since the beginning till the end.
The significant projects assumed by the above named employee at the Engineering Affairs are as follows:
1. Rehabilitation of Zangishe gas station
2. Construction of cathodic protection stations in Kermanshah Province
The significant efficiencies and duties of the above named employee are as follows:
- Assisting and collaborating in civil engineering’ affairs including initial studies and required researches, preparation of designs, preparation of the details of designs and executive sketches of steel and concrete structures as well as the manner of installation and implementation of elements at the site in conformity with the project schedule,
- Collaborating and assisting in preparation of initial designs and sketches of civil engineering activities including drainage, water supply resources and sewerage reticulation system,
- Preparing the draft of designs, charts and tabulations, preparing the designs and sketches of civil projects and conforming the architectural sketches to the sketches of structures and installations,
- Preparing the structural analysis sketches and obtaining confirmation for the sketches from the employer and the project consultant and declaring it to the site,
- Preparing the urban and rural sketches and the detailed and comprehensive urban designs and performing the activities relevant to the geographical studies at local and regional level,
- Performing the activities relevant to designing including the initial studies; preparation of drafts, detailed sketches, plans and sketch of parking lot, designing the sketch of landscapes, the sketches sewerage and drainage, preparing the steel and concrete construction drawings, attaining confirmation for sketches from different centers including municipality, firefighting, etc.,

- Interpreting and explaining the work assignment instructions and applying the appropriate construction methods for selecting the materials, tools and equipment required for the site including wheel power shovel, crawler power shovel, loader, bulldozers, dumper and mixer, construction of prefabricated buildings and conex, kitchen and construction of warehouse, drafts of carpentry and forging, shop, repair shop, warehouse of the site.
- Collecting and analyzing the data and completing the required computation,
- Controlling the resources, measuring and estimating the costs of materials required by the project as well as ensuring the good performance and the conformity of the finished works with the terms of bylaws and contracts,
- Supervising and inspecting the good performance as well as organizing and supervising the repair and maintenance work of materials and equipment of project including machinery and the sites of carpentry and forging, warehouses, silos of materials, batching, etc.
- Conducting the field and laboratory tests of soil and materials,
- Collecting the required information from the organizations of water, electricity and telecommunication and gaining the traffic information for planning and transportation of construction machinery including materials transportation machinery, excavation and embankment, and column mounting cranes,
- Preparing the time schedule of project,
