I was initially handling the furniture rental department, and then managed to sell global events ( ramadan tents, gala dinner, corporate conferences, product launches...) including tent rentals, interior decor, branding and furniture for 3-4 millions AED turnover per year.
i was in charge to develop our network of clients ( 5 star hotels, Event management agencies, corporate companies, VVIP clients, government.. ) and to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
I was representing Smart and Green French Brand of Design cordless lighting in the Middle East Region.
My scope of work included:
- the market study,
- competition study,
- establishment of the pricing structure for the region,
- development of the new marketing and logistic tools,
- handling newsletters,
- prospection of new clients (hospitality industry),
- finding new distributors in the Region (GCC + Stan countries ),
- managing the retail points and agents,
I manage to find by myself retailers in Lebanon, Iran, Kuweit, Azerbaijan, KSA and Oman who all order stock lighted furniture to distribute in their own countries.
I was managing projects involving Asian partners and European clients and developing the marketing side of the company
(working on a new website, 3d videos, flyers, banners, product sheets..)
I was in charge of the sales of design lightings to 5 star hotels & VIP individuals, and of the recruitment of new company staff.
I also supervised/attended exhibitions and was responsable for the marketing side of the company.
I handled the logistic side of the company until the hiring of a dedicated person for this department.

I organized exports of LCL shipments to full containers,
handled the paper work ( invoicing, packing lists, COO, B/L..)
and supervised the quality control and packing
aswell as the suppliers / product selection through factories visits.
