▪ As a Planning Engineer, responsible to prepare resource and cost loaded
schedule on Primavera P6 as per scope of work and defined milestones.
▪ To monitor, maintain and record the site work progress updates obtained from
construction team via daily reports.
▪ Responsible to prepare and deliver daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
to client.
▪ To update the baseline schedule on weekly basis.
▪ Generating Lookahead schedule for different durations as per requirements.
▪ To prepare the dashboard in order to have an overall Project snapshot on a
single sheet.
▪ Presenting site progress / progress issues during Weekly / Monthly progress
follow-up meeting.
▪ To liaise with procurement team to ensure the availability of the materials on
time.
▪ To visit the site and take photos and videos to record and witness the actual
progress on site.
▪ To attend planning, procurement and operations meetings to review the status
of the Project.
▪ Monitoring actual progress against the target progress with the help of S-curve
and Earned Value Management (EVM).
