Lead and manage the project procurement organization chart for all disciplines.
Attend client’s procurement progress meetings.
Prepare procurement performance monthly report.
Analyzeandsolidifyanoverallcontractstrategy.
Resolveanyexistingcontractsconflicts. Serveasliaisonbetweeninternalandexternalpartiesduringcontractdevelopmentandnegotiationstage. Negotiateterms, conditionsandpricingandensuretheyareaccuratelyexecutedandsatisfied. Followuptoguaranteecontractualpaymentshavebeenmade. Analyzepotentialrisksthatcontractchangesorvariationordermayposetotheorganization.
Review/assesstechnicalspecification, BOQ(BillofQuantity)anddrawingstodeterminesuitablevendors and suppliers.
Analyzeandevaluateallpurchasingrequisitionstoensureclarityandcompletenessindescriptionofmaterial and equipment.
Reviewvendorsandsuppliers’quotationstodeterminebestpriceanddeliverdate. Prepareandissuerequestsforquotationstoqualifiedvendorsaspercompaniesapprovedvendorlist. Reviewquotationsofidentifiedtechnicalandcommercialspecificationsreceivedfromthevendorsand
suppliers. Prepare&issuepurchaseordersinaccordancewithselectedsuppliers, priceandtechnicalspecifications.
Strongnegotiationskillswithsupplierstoensurethattargetprices, company’stermsandconditionsaremet. Detailedplanningandreportingactivitiesrelatedtoprocurement.
Prepare comparative analyses documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions and mode of transportation. Coordinatevarioustechnicalreviewswithprojectsandenduserswithdemonstratedabilitytomaintain effective working relations as a team member.
