The position was mainly Remote Business Development Representative |(BDR) with a trajectory to Inside Sales Representative at Puulse Dubai office. My primary objective was to bringing the potential leads for the sales team under the ERC (Employee Retention Credit) Campaign for the small and medium business owners of the United States of America.
After completing my MSc, I joined an Education Consultancy firm in Bangladesh which is based in the UK. Having ample knowledge and practical experience in this sector I found myself a profitable resource for this position. My primary objective was to manage and handle UK university-related applications, and manage communication with the university ofofficers, and regional managersregarding students’ application-related
queries.
Working as a Customer Service Manager for Kuala Lumpur based Travel Agency.Key responsibilities included but not limited to:
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic
growth.

● Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
● Develop service procedures, policies and standards.

Previously, I used to work in the customer services department of Knorr-Bremse Rail System (UK) Ltd. My primary objective is to manage queries related to spares, repairs, misses, damages, and maintenance orders of B2B customers and clients.
