MEP WORKS IN CONSTRUCTION

This is the separate wing in Ministry of Defence and Aviation for Installation works and Building maintenance.
• Assessing team members and allocating suitable work to them based on their capabilities. Assign them for execution and maintenance works.
• Advice team members on next steps of the new projects according to its status.
• Update programs and ensure adherence by communicating updates to all project sections
• Review and verify technical submittals of sub-contractors.
• Ensure that all information related to technical drawings, mechanical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, and technical specifications are updated and readily available.
• Approve drafts of drawing specifications related to the project.
• Assess, forecast, and planning for manpower and materials requirements.
• Procure and store required material for installation and maintenance works.
• Maintain compliance with quality assurance and control procedures based on pre- established guidelines.
• Implement Health and Safety plan throughout the Projects.
• Coordinate for efficient processes between all teams involved in the project.
• Provide motivation and skill-based training for employees.
