JUBAIL NAVAL BASE PROJECT :

CCTV System Network Designing & Implementation:
CCTV Network designing which consists of Dome Cameras, PTZ Pole Cameras along fence, NVR’s in control room and connectivity of all the elements through Single Mode 1310 nm Fiber Optic Cable.
Coordination with camera manufacturer and Cisco for the integration of PoE Cameras and Cisco Switches on full load .

2) Lead Project Engineer

YASREF ( YANBU ARAMCO SINOPEC REFINING COMPANY ) PROJECT :

Design and Construction of Two 60 meters Towers for TETRA RADIO NETWORK and Support Systems (Data Network System, Fire Detection & Fire Protection System, Facility Alarm System, Security Access System, Structured Cabling System, HVAC System, Electrical System )

Overall management of project related activities and issues related to multiple engineering disciplines Telecom/Electrical/Civil/Mechanical.

Maintain and ensure that the implementation of the project requirements is being followed as per YASREF standards and procedures.

Maintain and ensure that the implementation of the Project Quality Plan, ITP, and Client / Owner Project Quality requirements is being followed.

Assist the Project Manager that includes cost, scheduling & manpower distribution, raised Technical Queries .
Design Package Completion 60 %, 90 %, IFC, As Built Package.

NGN Project : The project was the introduction and implementation of Next Generation Network (NGN) using PTCL Backbone. The main theme of this project is utilizing the I.P backbone and provides Voice over IP (VOIP) and more data bandwidth. The data bandwidth will be enough to provide the Video call facility for the customers. Another negligible importance is increasing the capacity with minimum number of devices.

Responsibilities : Two main projects were under my hand on Experience NGN VOIP Phase-1 & 40-K MSAG
Project Configuration and Troubleshooting of Access Gateways. PAT., Management and Maintenance
were included in my duties.

Access Portion Configuration & Maintenance:
The access portion equipment is known MSAG(Multiple Service Access Gateway)ZXMSG5200.
MSAG device supports up to 1800 user’s .These user can avail call and data facilities.

My experience includes :
Complete Configuration, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, VLAN’s of MSAG.
Fault handling from NMS.
Version upgradation.
Routing issues.
Site installation and expansion.

Net-Numen (31) Maintenance:

The integrated network management system provides centralized, unified network management for all ZTE NGN products including soft switch series, ZXMSG 5200 MSAG.It also provides customers with a unified management interface to other equipment vendors’ products. The Net Numen include Topology and view management, Fault management, performance management, Configuration Management, Report management, Log management, Security management.

To verify 2G to 3G & 3G to 2G cell reselection and Handovers.
Network performance optimization using tools such as Actix Analyzer, Tems Investigation9.0 & MapInfo8.5

Conducting Data Throughput Test such as GPRS/EDGE, HSDPA, HSUPA etc.
Drive Test for New on air 2G sites to diagnosing Radio parameters.
Analysis of RF interference, Call drops, Handover failures and TCH assignment success rate etc.
Network improvement by fixing Call Drop, Rx Quality, SQI etc. and Network performance analysis. Site Auditing for existing sites to verify site database and cell design criteria's (checking Azimuths, Mechanical tilts, Electrical tilts, and panoramic views etc).

2G Frequency Scanning in idle mode for interfering frequencies in sector to sector or in serving cell to neighboring cell by using TEMS.
