• Bank-to-Bank Financial Settlement: Monitor bank document submissions, arrange Bank-to-Bank
Acceptance SWIFT confirmations from buyers, and track payments for delayed maturity
instruments (e.g., 90 Days Usance LCs).
• Textile Sustainability & Compliance: Direct the procurement and compliance tracking of
specialized industry certifications, including Organic TCs (Transaction Certificates), BCI (Better
Cotton Initiative), and CMIA (Cotton made in Africa) for both local and foreign trade.
• Client & Vendor Relations: Act as a strategic bridge between textile mills (buyers) and spinning
mills (vendors) to manage accounts, resolve commercial disputes, and negotiate delivery timelines.

• HR Operations & Workforce Documentation: Managed daily human resource
operations, employee personnel records maintenance, and end-to-end lifecycle
documentation for the workforce.
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Handled internal employee relations,
resolved staff grievances, and maintained a productive, compliant, and supportive work
environment.
• Payroll & Attendance Administration: Assisted in monthly payroll administration,
biometric attendance tracking, leave management, and employee performance
documentation.
