As a Task force Consultant working with STC Fixed Access Director to manage and coordinate the OSP operation of STC. Managing the following responsibilities,
•Tracking the weekly, monthly and yearly progress against a baseline plan and Targets, when a problem can impact the commitments made with a contractor, reporting alerts to the project organization.
•Managing risk and issues that might affect project delivery against the plan.
•First level escalation for service delivery issues and all Gaps.
•Coordinate and perform quality audits for the implementation of work process and contract QA/QC procedures to ensure project quality objectives are met.
•Giving guideline to all PMOs for Setting the Targets, Reporting and delivering project’s high level status.
•Supporting Sections in the area of invoicing, payment and highlighting the Financial Gaps.
•Coordinate with Design, Planning and Implementation teams to resolve issues and facilitate them for smooth flow of Project.
•Prepare various reports and presentations for the Higher Management about achievements and failures of the given targets and identify actions needed to resolve project obstructing issues.
•Provide training and support to all concerned contractors about the specifications, designs and procedures for implementation of work.
• Monitoring the new Development piolet projects of micro fiber for update Design and specifications.
•2 years (2015&2016) of proven record of successful project implementation.
•Interviewing Hiring and Managing people within the project, Inspection and Audit teams, mentoring and coaching of the subordinate team
•Coordinate with Software data systems development teams for errors and System upgrade.
•Ensuring efficient communication between all management levels, regarding to the executed activities
•Arrange and Conduct weekly Regional meetings with Turn Key Contractors to monitor progress and to tackle the issues and Participate in Biweekly top management meeting representing the Region
With this firm one of main contractors for Ntl. Main duties were to,
Pre-Construction Survey.
Planning & Preparing PIP for new projects (includes costing and execution plan, resource allocation, time management etc).
Ensuring the availability, of required material and human resources.
Allocation and management of available resources as per projects need.
Manage 3 OSP teams with all related equipment on different projects of Fttx of NTL
(now Virgin) subscribers, ISP & OSP
Coordination with clients and technical teams, bridging gap between departments and project progress reporting. Identify key hurdles and act accordingly for their solutions.
for central Region manage and coordinate the OSP operation of CCS in Riyadh for Mobily. Managing the following responsibilities.
•To manage and follow-up all OSP Planning and Implementation activities in Central Region.
•Manage a full team of Site Supervisors and Coordinators for site fallow up and Quality Inspection.
•Consultancy in amendments in plane in case of any onsite Change.
•Maintaining human relations with all different levels upper management, client, subcontractors, and Staff
•Allocation of work Scope to different Subcon according to their capabilities.
•Deal with Subcon for all type of onsite implementation and Materials and permit Issues.
•Coordinate with other sections, client, and vendors/ Sub-contractors for proper and timely delivery of all Project tasks
•Coordinating with Material department to ensure the on time availability of Material at site
•Identify and bring to solution all discrepancies found to agreed and Mobily approved standards and Project specifications.
•Coordinate with Baldia together with our Saudi Coordinators for Obtaining New Baldia Permit and Closing the Completed Permits.
•Managing the team of Coordinators for Baldia Consultant of Civil work quality.
•Tracking the other utility Companies (STC, WATER, SCECO) for allocation of their utilizes and in case of any Damage fallow up for Repair and Penalties.
•Coordinate with Mobily on Daily bases for any Amendment approvals or any ongoing regular issues in implementation
•Attending the Mobily weekly meeting for reporting, updating project progress and to discuss implementation preference Plans with Mobily Team.
•Process the Daily progress report Received from all site Staff and send it to Clint and High Management on Daily Basis.
•Arrangements for Pre PAT and Mobily PAT both C & E PAT to ensure clearance with Minimum OIL.
•Monitoring the Documentation Teams for preparing of As-Built, BOQ and all other site related Documents.
•Leading the regular training session of OSP Team Supervisors and Site staff.
•Representing CCS in Various seminars and training modules.
for UK Electric Board in Industrial Power unit as Site visiting Agent, my duties were to check and Calculate Electric load and power factor for new or existent large power Consumers in Hertfordshire Area. Plane and arrange site work with contractors
I was involved in Quality inspection of BT & Ntl Installations in Hertford shire and Bedford shire

Sourcing from China Of various equipment and components of Telecom power Industry
I was a Part of buying team of Generators, and small size Wind Turbines and Solar Energy Plants from China for Canadian and American and Moroccan Markets
Other duties were including, inspection and random testing of different components in shipments.
