I am a professional with a proven experience of over 10 years of experience in Management and Administration, Talent and Performance Management, Learning and Development, HR and Coordination. I have a superior understanding of data entry, file management, customer service, and maintaining confidentiality. I am skilled in organization and time management, and able to develop innovative systems for maximizing efficiency. I am extremely interested in obtaining any suitable position, where I can contribute with my experience and lead professional service activities. Currently I am working in Dubai at Bice Mare - Head-Office as a HR Manager. I have got my own visa for 2 years.
Most recently, I have worked in an Aesthetic Clinic as a HR Manager at International Plus Head Office in Istanbul, Turkey.
As apparent from my CV, I was serving as an Administrator at RIA Shipping Logistics Head Office in Dubai (U.A.E). Prior to RIA, I was working as a HR Manager at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). I was accountable for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, maintaining records and supervising staff, facilitating communication throughout a company. I formulate and implement policies and procedures.
Prior to LUMS, I was working with the University of Central Punjab (UCP), where I was serving as an HR Manager. I possess strong verbal and written communication skills and interface with eight faculties across the University to provide seamless services to both students and faculty. I am a keen learner and have experienced different roles with renowned organisations.
